A fivestar deluxe Hotel with 500 beds, nine public places with underground reservoir, car parking, international standards swimming pool, and laundry etc. built for East India Hotels Ltd, New Delhi. A 10 storied RCC structure designed by the company where use of pre -cast floor slab, pre -stressed beams and cast -in-situ vertical members was carried out for the first time in India.
